We use the SensoPLUS software for our internal sensory panels, as well as for the daily tastings in development.

With our references and the data from the system, trends from a year’s production are generated, from which we can then optimize our production. All in all, the hurdle of the initial effort seems small when the advantages of the digitized tastings are considered. Subjective opinions can be reduced and consensus is found without discussion.
Manual and operational tests as well as samples are evaluated with the system during development. Thanks to SensoTASTE, we also have a well-founded amount of data in the event of complaints or customer feedback so that we can react correctly.
